Mexican Chiapas
Medium Roast
Grown in the high-altitude mountains of Chiapas, this organic Mexican coffee benefits from rich volcanic soil, abundant rainfall, and varied microclimates. Generations of smallholder farmers have carefully cultivated coffee here using traditional, natural farming practices. The beans are washed and sun-dried to preserve the smooth, balanced character that makes the region’s coffee so inviting.
Our medium roast brings that regional character into clear focus. Smooth, nutty, and exceptionally approachable, it features rich notes of milk chocolate and toasted pecans supported by a creamy body and clean, naturally sweet finish. The roast is developed enough to reveal its comforting chocolate-and-nut qualities without obscuring the bean’s inherent sweetness or sense of place.
Its remarkable balance makes this an adaptable everyday coffee that delivers a consistently flavorful cup through drip, pour-over, French press, or other preferred brewing methods.
