ASG Espresso Blend

Our ASG Espresso Blend thoughtfully unites 100% organic coffees from three celebrated growing regions: Mexican Chiapas, Colombia’s Huila region, and the Uraga area of Ethiopia’s Guji Zone. Each origin was selected for the distinctive role it plays in the finished cup.

Mexican Chiapas contributes smoothness, body, and rich dark-chocolate depth. Huila Colombian coffee provides balance, caramel sweetness, creamy structure, and a gentle fruit character. Ethiopian Uraga Guji adds lively brightness, citrus notes, and aromatic complexity. Together, they create a sophisticated, multilayered coffee that balances rich chocolate sweetness with vibrant fruit and a smooth, velvety body.

The blend feels remarkably mellow yet boldly defined at the same time—complex without becoming unruly and full-flavored without allowing any single origin to overpower the others. It is meticulously structured to pull as a stunning espresso and retain its character through milk in a cappuccino. However, its exceptional balance also makes it rewarding when prepared by drip, pour-over, or French press, allowing you to enjoy its layered profile with or without an espresso machine.

Take the ASG coffee break and discover why we choose all three specific regions.
